BUSINESS INFO

Operations Management: Whether it's conducting a feasibility study, leading a Project Management team, overseeing the creation and delivery of a Training & Development program, or managing other Administrative duties such as Budgeting, Payroll, or Scheduling I've been there and enjoy each step of the strategic process.  Sound communication and transparency is the foundation of how I approach all that I do.  With over 15 years of leadership experience I'm well qualified to handle your Administrative, Strategic Operations, and day-to-day Management needs.

Entrepreneurship: I love bringing an idea to life.  To be an entrepreneur is to be part of a family and to be successful you must have support.  I can work individually on a project but prefer collaborating with a team! Hospitality management is part of my core and I treat others the way I want to be treated.  Since 2005, a few of my favorite entrepreneurial endeavors have consisted of giving back to our community using the skills I developed through my culinary training, traveling, and operations/event management experiences.  Whether you need assistance developing a menu, a wedding catered, a labor restructuring/cost analysis proposal, a department morale-boost plan, or another type of consulting need please contact me for rates.

What originally started as an interest and then turned into a hobby became a thriving local business.

Personal Life

My wife Whitney were blessed with a wonderful baby boy named Charlie about three years ago.  He already loves to travel and cook as much as his dad!  He seems to enjoy road trips more than flying but he's always happy when he's on the move exploring new places.

Charlie shares other interests in common with his dad such as art and animals. We both enjoy the art and poetry of Edward Boccia, www.edwardboccia.com and in our free time we enjoy walking around the art museum and zoo but if we're at home we're probably cooking.  If it's above freezing I'm most likely playing with fire and smoking something in my Lang Deluxe but if I can't be outside then you can find me in our kitchen teaching Charlie how to make pasta from scratch or properly sear a fish.

While living in Miami I was quite fortunate to spend a great deal of time traveling and studying a wide variety of cultures.  Traveling was one of the most humbling and educational experiences of my life and I'm always looking forward to the next adventure.
